This looks yummy & hearty! I love miso in the morning but often forget to add the egg. Can't wait to add this into my routine and share with clients.

my horses both get garlic, more in winter to boost immune system etc, and dolomite for full development of muscular and nervous systems. also, my older horse gets celery seeds in winter, its basically for older horses who feel the cold lots :D and i have found that my horses are heaps better since i started feeding it to them. also, they both get chamomile - to calm my young one, and to help with arthritic problems in my older one.

Wonderful point, Susan. Nursing mothers are in deed raw milk producers. This is probably the most tangible experience most of us have with the powers of raw milk; we were all given the great gift of immune systems starting with our moms. Good tips for other uses!

Great post! A reminder to your readers that humans also make raw milk. I know several nursing mothers who have treated eye infections and sometimes ear infections in their older children (and neighbors' children) by using their breast milk in the same manner you describe.
